4. As a member of the MLS and your buyer's agent, we can keep you up to date with new listings & price changes on homes that match your criteria.
5. Set up your own saved search to receive email updates on any new listing matching your criteria.
6. Showings. We can show you any home on the market that interests you. Just let us know & we will schedule a personal showing for you.
7. Writing the Offer. Once you have found your perfect home we will write the offer & assist you with negotiations until we have a signed contract. We will make sure all paperwork & activities are complete so you can close on your home.
8. The Closing: This is the meeting where your transaction is finalized. We will guide you through all closing procedures to make your home officially yours!
